Refund policy
We want you to feel good about the website before it goes live. You review the draft, request changes, and approve the finished build.
Before you approve your site
You pay $0 while we build and revise your unlisted draft. If it still is not right after up to three revision rounds, do not approve it and there is no website-plan payment to refund. The draft expires 14 days after the first preview if you do not approve and pay. Email us with your account email and what is not working if you need help.
After you approve your site
Once you approve the completed build, website-plan payments are not refundable for a change of mind or unused time. We will address billing errors, a material failure to provide the agreed service, or any refund required by applicable law. Contact us so we can review the specific issue.
Canceling and domain charges
Saving a card does not start a subscription or schedule a charge. The first payment happens only after you approve the site and confirm the exact total in Stripe. After approval, monthly service is $99 per paid month and annual service is $948 per paid year. Canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund an existing charge. At-cost domain registration appears on the first invoice where applicable; a domain already purchased generally cannot be refunded.
